Résumé
This report describes the instrumentation of CCGS Sir John Franklin during open water and ice trials. In particular the trials consisted of open water bollard trials at Cow Head, Placentia Bay, Newfoundland on January 22, 1990. Open water speed/power and turning circle trials were conducted in Conception Bay, Newfoundland on February 1, 1990.
