Résumé	This report contains a description of the work done during the period of January 4 to April 23, 1999. The work consisted mainly of the development of a graphical user interface (GUI) for the NavSim Program. The purpose of this project was to improve upon the previous design, which required the user to enter numerical values for ship dimensions and number and types of propellers and rudders.
