| Résumé | As part of the AGARD Uniform Engine Test Program, participants submitted samples of fuel, used in their testing, to the National Research Council Canada (NRCC) for analysis. The analyses, including specific gravity and lower heating value, required for the calculation of fuel flowrates, were carried out by the Fuels and Lubricants Laboratory, NRCC, and the Analytical Section-Synthetic Fuels Research Laboratory, Energy, Mines and Resources Canada. Since the results were to be considered reference values, in comparison with values used by the participating agencies, an attempt was made to assess the precision of the methods used in the analyses. Based on their relative precision, recommendations were made with respect to future applications. |
