| Abstract | The No. 2 test cell in the Engine Laboratory is equipped with a Froude water dynamometer for testing machinery up to 9000 hp. With the experimental operation, water controls are described for water pressure, flowrate, temperature and protective methods for the prime mover, dynamometer, pumps and cooling water tank overflow. |
