| Abstract | A reference standard noise source operating over the frequency range 2-18 GHz has been used with a total power receiver to calibrate a ldtK diode noise source from 2 to 12 GHz with an estimated accuracy of ? 0.1 dB. An improved noise source is planned along with an extension of the frequency range of the receiver to 18 GHz. |
