| Abstract | This report describes on-line and off-line oil debris monitoring tests carried out on two T56-A7B test cell gas turbine engines. One engine was endurance tested for 150 hours on a higher density Strategic Military Fuel (SMF). The on-line sensor’s higher output at the beginning of a run was not confirmed by off-line measurements and was found to be caused by rising oil temperatures. |
