| Abstract | With particular application to the post-column reaction/fluorescence detection (PCR/FD) high performance liquid chromatographie (HPLC) analysis method for paralytic shellfish poisoning (PSP) toxins, a semi-automated procedure for converting Shimadzu C-R6A Chromatopac data to a Macintosh based graphies package (MacDraw®) via an IBM PC was developed. The method eliminated the need to physically eut and paste chromatograms into Microsoft® Word documents and, for ease of comparison of multiple chromatograms, it allowed for the generation of stacked chromatographie plots. |
