| Abstract | This report describes the development problems encountered in producing, during the period July 1943 to March 1944, an expendable 20-foot hydrofoil craft suitable for smoke laying.
The craft was capable of operating at speeds up to 40 m.p.h. in seas of 6 to 9 feet in height.
Some suggestions for further study are given. |
