| Abstract | We propose topology optimized compact 3 µm × 10 µm binary bandpass filters featuring ultra-flat wide passband (up to 70 nm) and >1.4 dB/nm roll-off. A cascade of such filters realizes compact and scalable wavelength division multiplexing functionality. |
