Abstract | The Suppression Effectiveness Model of FlERAsystem modifies the heat release rate, temperature and heat flux data from the FlERAsystem Fire Development Models to account for the effects of sprinklers that activate. This calculation uses a single suppression effectiveness value, which is input by theuser. Information from the Suppression Effectiveness Model is used to calculate the fire spread and life hazard in the building. |
