| Abstract | Calibrations of electrical impedance in the range of 1 Ω to 20 MΩ in the whole complex plane is done by a digital impedance bridge at NRC. Carefully conducted investigations over past years corroborate its metrological quality. The paper shows that best measurement uncertainties of some parts in 10⁺⁷ can be achieved with the digital impedance bridge. |
