| Abstract | Intensive oil and gas exploration activity took place in the Beaufort Sea during the 1970s and 1980s. There was a considerable amount of research performed and new, valuable knowledge was gained. However the information is spread over a wide range of locations. This paper provides a brief overview of the activity and provides guidance on the type and location of data relevant to offshore operations in ice-covered waters. |
