| Abstract | This investigation was undertaken in an attempt to study the morphogenetic responses of in vitro cultured immature leaflets of pea to various combinations of cytokinesis and auxins and to optimize the in vitro culture conditions in order to bring about maximum high frequency plant regeneration. Although most of the studies were carried out with Pisum sativum L. cv. Century, other cultivars were also tested. |
