Abstract | We present the experimental demonstration of a polarization splitter-rotator on a silicon nitride platform for wavelengths around 0.95 µm. The device exhibits polarization extinction ratios exceeding 40 dB and 30 dB for TE and TM polarizations, respectively and insertions losses lower than 1 dB. |
