| Abstract | We report here a broadband Si-rich silicon nitride wavelength converter based on intermodal four-wave mixing with on-chip mode multiplexing and de-multiplexing functionalities. L- to U-band wavelength conversion of 40-Gbps QPSK optical signals is demonstrated. |
