| Abstract | An HF antenna system has been developed for the DDH 280 destroyer escort class. The transmitting system consists of one broad-band 2-to-6 MHz twin-fran antenna and two forward mounted 35-foot whips. The receiving system consists of two side-mounted fan antennas, one forward below the bridge deck and the other aft below the deck. |
