Abstract
This report documents software developed for use with the 523A Video Data System at the National Research Council, Institute for Marine Dynamics. The software is coded in Microsoft Visual Basic. The program displays a GUI (Graphical User Interface) that has been coded to operate with the same functionality as the original 523A Video Data System. Technical documentation for the methodology used to create the GUI is presented, including a complete breakdown on every sub-routine and option.
