Abstract
The Philips External Combustion Air Engine was demonstrated at the National Aeronautical Establishment on 17 and 1Θ October. On the same days, lectures were given by Mr. Baartman of the Philips Company on the development and operation of these engines. The engine was made available to the N.A.E. for two days prior to the demonstration and .representatives of the Philips Company and Rogers Majestic Electronics were available to discuss problems relating to the engine and its operation.
