Abstract
The primary aim of this project is to perform icing certification tests to meet the test requirements outlined in PWC documents “Request for Test” A22990, Sup. No.2, December 14, 1999 and Test Instructions Ή 6711B7, 22 January 2000. NRC will conduct the tests with assistance from PWC. It is anticipated that the test matrix outlined in A22990 can be completed within the four month time frame. The deliverables of this project will include progress reports and pre-and post-test documentation in the form of text and photographs. This section provides details on project organization, reporting structure, and detailed objectives of the major tasks.
