We report on the development of the 3-layer-printed organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) and inverters using flexible PET as substrate. A reduction of driving voltage from 15 V to 6 V has been demonstrated by reducing the thickness of dielectric layer on PMOS inverter. Printed CMOS inverter shows an outstanding air-stability without moisture encapsulation. Printed PMOS logic circuits and CMOS inverters were carried out in ambient condition without the cleanroom environments or inert atmospheres. Our results demonstrated the potential of the developed printed transistors for flexible electronics in the near future.
