| Abstract | In situ brain perfusion were used to assess the brain uptake of our conjugates. Analysis of tissues was done after extraction by LC-MS-MS or HPLC. Xenograft models of glioblastoma (U87) were established by intercranial stereotaxic injections of U87 cells in mice and rats. |
